  • Comprehensive Asset Cataloging:
    For each tagged item, we collect and record key metadata, including:

    • Type of furniture (e.g., student desk, teacher chair, AV cart)

    • Manufacturer and model (when available)

    • Vendor or sales company

    • Warranty information (if accessible)

    • Room or location assignment

    • Condition at time of tagging

    • Custom fields as needed (e.g., funding source, asset value, notes)
